  • The Statler is always a delight.

    I would heartily recommend the Statler Hotel to anyone who is traveling to Dallas. The service and facilities are exceptional by any standard, but the retro, mid modern restoration is a delightful trip back in time.

  • The statler recent experience

    Some of the room strucutre is not quite good. If you stay with family , u need to block them either in bedroom or in hall room while using bathroom, as you need to go through bathroom to move one room to another. More over the bathroom does not hv proepr doors for toilet separetely and shower is transperant. How on earth, guest can stay with kids when these basic privacy concerns are not met.

  • Horrible experience and broken promises

    First we called the Hilton diamond desk to get a room type that my girlfriend would like. She found the room and we waited 5 hours to check in and the amenity wasn't even available at that hotel. Manager was very unprofessional and was getting dressed as he walked up. Then the new room (because the original one had a problem that we waited 5 hours to hear) smelled so bad we couldn't stay there. Manager promised us reward points that we have still have never gotten.

    Upstairs they have to hold your card to start a tab. We loved the restaurants, upstairs bar, and the owner who personally gave us a tour and welcomed us. This is a bad review of the hotel, diamond desk, and the management staff. NOT THE RESTAURANTS we will go back just because of the owner and stay somewhere else.

  • Dangerous!!!

    The hotel itself was new and updated. Unfortunately, this hotel is filled with people who are not actually staying at the hotel. Many of them are there to hook up and/or take advantage of hotel patrons. My husband and I were both victims of pick pocketing. It was a terrible experience! The hotel had many security personnel (which should have told me something). When I reported the loss of both of our phones and $200, a hotel security guard was helpful and took me around the hotel to look for our lost items, etc. We found nothing and he asked if I wanted to file a report. I asked if it would do any good and his answer was "Probably Not". I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Yes, we do have a lot of our neighbors coming out and spending time with us, but that is because we have such great venues that give our visitors a place where they want to be. We have security guards, much like any downtown hotel, to help everyone have a great experience and enjoy themselves. This incident that you experienced is uncommon for our guests as we take safety and security very seriously for all of our guests.   • An Amazing Hotel In Downtown Dallas

    My hotel stay was exceptional thanks to Mr. Rodney one of the Front Office Supervisor. Mr. Rodney went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time and that I enjoyed my birthday celebration with my Mother. Te hotel is in a great location and convenient to many of the popular spots in downtown Dallas. Thank you Mr. Rodney.
