  • Don't stay here

    by Fallen O on 2019-04-06 08:10 pm

This hotel is far from luxury. From nasty stains on the carpet, leaks in the roof of room, dried blood stains on the mattress pad and bed skirt, dirty couch. It was horrible! Why am I paying 170 a night for Motel 6 quality. I will never stay here again. So disappointed

  • Love Returning

We have stayed at The Terrace +/- six times over the past 15 years. Whenever we head for Spring Training, we stay at The Terrace. It's a bit worn around the edges in some places but you would be too if you were over 100 years old. The are working on renovations. The service is outstanding. We stayed in Suite 13 that is a corner room. The views are great. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We love the location not only from Joker Marchant Stadium, but also because it's so near Harry's and Palace Pizza, and across the street from Mirror Lake - which we walk around at least once a day.

  • In town central location

The Terrace Hotel is located conveniently near parks and restaurants in the center of Lakeland.
Sitting outside on the terrace guests can enjoy cocktails and appetizers or just sit and enjoy the ambience of this lovingly restored hotel.

Last minute choice to stay 1 overnight. Matched online / app price $102+Taxes. Room was amazing and breakfast was Awesome ! Fresh fruit too ! yummie. Bed was comfortable, King Suite with pullout bed sofa for my kids. Really cool place. I usually don't leave reviews but this one deserves one. Downtown Lakeland has really came a long way.

  • Bring an extension cord

This is a lovely, old hotel in the heart of the city, right across from mirror lake. The rooms are very nicely appointed, but because it is old, it does not have conveniently located electric outlets. I had to crawl under the desk to plug in my phone and move the heavy nightstand out of the way to plug in my tablet. Management should put one of those multi-outlet strips on the desk.
