Culinary Heritage
A member of the James Beard Foundation and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, this inn’s guests enjoy farm-to-table dining in its finest form. The majority of the produce is sourced right from the historic site’s pastureland, from one of three heated greenhouses and vegetable gardens. The Inn is also home to chickens, hogs, cattle, and poultry. Farm-fresh produce and grass-fed meat makes for a delicious dining experience that will please any palate.
The Great Room
The Great Room’s fieldstone walls and the Harvest Room’s cozy fireplace create an ambiance that rivals the superior farm-fresh fare raised mostly on the inn’s sustainable farm. Featuring 28-foot cathedral ceilings and located within the main barn, one of the property’s original structures, The Great Room at Glasbern is a Lehigh Valley fine dining experience that will leave guests hungry for more. The Main Dining Room serves an à la carte menu Sunday through Friday, with a prix fixe special menu on Saturday. Reservations are required.
