Discover Hotel Boulderado, which was Boulder’s first luxury hotel and its name was created by merging together Boulder and Colorado.

The Hotel Boulderado is a one-stop destination for some of the finest culinary experiences in Boulder. From the delectable offerings of Spruce Farm & Fish to the satisfying beverages of The Corner Bar, guests will absolutely adore dining at this spectacular historic hotel.

Spruce Farm & Fish
Spruce Farm & Fish, located inside Hotel Boulderado’s beautiful dining room, offers creative, yet casual, sustainably sourced menu, along with exceptional and friendly service. To accompany the meal, the bar offers espresso drinks, an extensive selection of wines by the glass, and locally sourced spirits and craft beers. Happy-hour specials, available daily, include oysters on the half-shell, sandwiches, seasonal small plates and fresh cocktails.

The Corner Bar
The Corner Bar is the perfect spot to grab lunch, relax at happy hour, or enjoy a casual dinner. Boulder’s favorite watering hole, located on the corner of 13th and Spruce, is one block off Pearl Street and boasts an expansive patio with umbrellas to keep cool at lunch. It also has ambient lighting for the evening. Try the crispy Brussels sprouts with sweet soy chili glaze, or the famous truffle fries, voted "Best in Denver" in Westword Magazine.

License No. 1
When Hotel Boulderado opened its doors in 1909, the City of Boulder was dry having outlawed the sale of demon rum and spirits within city limits in 1907. In 1969, one of the first legal licenses to serve hard liquor in a restaurant was issued to the bar located in the basement of Hotel Boulderado. Today, License No. 1 Liquor Bar continues with the very same liquor license first issued in 1969.

Boxcar Coffee Bar
Greet the morning with a cup of locally roasted coffee at the hotel's coffee bar. Along with java, guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh-baked pastries or a refreshing tea or juice.
