The Bee's Knees cocktail is a signature at The Parlour Bar & Restaurant. It is a staple that ventures back to the hotel’s roots in 1920s Prohibition. The cocktail has been kept on the menu and has been modified over the years to incorporate the hotel’s very own Barclay Gold honey, harvested from the rooftop apiary.
