Julia - Spirited Restaurant & Bar
The namesake and muse of Staab House in Santa Fe, New Mexico is Julia Staab, an elegant Santa Fe socialite and matriarch of the prominent Staab family. The dining room at the new Santa Fe restaurant retains touches of the 19th century flair for which the original Staab mansion was renowned. Menus at the Staab House restaurant pay tribute to the building’s original resident with refined flavors and perfectly plated presentations, channeling Mrs. Staab’s inspired sense of occasion and style. Reservations are recommended.

The Santa Fe, New Mexico bar offers some of the city’s most creative cocktails in a warm setting complete with seasonal live music and both patio and fireside seating.
