The Ranchers Club

The Ranchers Club sets the standard in fine dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests are surrounded by an upscale western atmosphere featuring ranches of the west. Favorite fare includes a hot breakfast buffet, casual lunch and comfort food made with the freshest ingredients.

Taylor’s Dining Room

Taylor’s Dining Room is a teaching restaurant where students create menus, serve diners and manage the restaurant as part of the School of Hotel and Restaurant curriculum. Lunch is offered Tuesday – Friday during the semester.

Westside Café

Westside Café is a student-operated quick service restaurant offering a variety of sandwiches and salads.
