• Climb aboard a bike or scooter, available for rent at Strasburg Scooters in nearby Strasburg, Pennsylvania. Meander along the back roads of Lancaster County, enjoying the fresh air, sights, and sounds of Amish country.
• Spend some time visiting Amish-owned shops and local markets. Stop by Riehl's Quilts and Crafts nearby, Witmer Quilts, and Glick's Craft Shop for handmade quilts and gifts of all kinds. Check out Kauffman Handcrafted Clocks and Fisher's Quality Furniture. Go see the camels that provide the milk for sale at Miller's Organic Farm, or stop at any of the numerous roadside stands for delicious treats. Just keep in mind that most Amish-owned businesses are closed on Sundays.
• Experience the Strasburg Rail Road a few miles to the south of The Inn at Leola Village. This amazing steam locomotive offers a 45-minute tour of the surrounding Amish countryside.
