Culinary Heritage

Dine like royalty in Alsisar Haveli's Darbar Hall and enjoy a selection of traditional North Indian fare such as chicken, lamb, lentil-dals, vegetable curries, roti-flatbreads, and sticky Indian desserts. For breakfast, guests are treated to a delicious buffet of made-to-order eggs, baked beans, bread, fruits, and Indian dishes such as spicy parathas with yogurt and pickle. The Darbar Hall was originally where visiting noblemen would gather and women observed purdah, meaning curtain, and watched proceedings from surrounding windows. It has long since been converted into a dining hall with high ceilings, beautiful motifs, and crystal chandeliers.
