• Savor a classic Peruvian dish known as Ceviche. Regarded as Peru’s national dish, Ceviche consists of fresh local fish that has been marinated in citric juices. This lovely meal is typically served alongside red onion and local peppers, as well as corn and sweet potatoes.

• Taste another beloved favorite called lomo saltado. A type of stir-fry made with beef, tomatoes, and peppers, lomo saltado was originally introduced to Peru by Chinese immigrants who first arrived in the region during the 19th century.
