The Garden Suite & Bar

Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, with direct access to the hotel's extensive gardens and the famous Weeping Willow tree, the Garden Bar provides a comfortable place for guests to relax, enjoy a leisurely stroll, or spend time while children explore the grounds.

Barton Rooms Restaurant

The Barton Rooms trace their name to Mr. Hugh Barton, responsible for construction of the wing to the Main House in the 1830s. The restaurant was once the original dining room of the Main House. Within the Dining Room, Executive Head Chef Pablo Bernardo and his team serve creative and modern dishes. Their dining menu has been carefully paired with an extensive list of fine wines, creating a memorable dining experience.

Castle Dining

The 13th-century Castle Keep is a unique, exclusive location, perfect for hosting that special occasion, from a romantic pre- or post-wedding dinner to an exclusive corporate event. There is a magical, historic ambiance here which when combined with attentive service, creating an unforgettable experience.

The Haggard Pub

The Haggard Pub is an old, converted Coach House dating back to the mid-1500s, with a unique combination of indoor and outdoor space. It honors that old Irish traditional welcome within a traditional pub setting, creating a casual and friendly atmosphere centered around cozy seating, open fires, hearty food from their specialized barbecue or delicious hog roast, fine wine, beers, and spirits.
