Miles and miles of meandering country roads and gentle, natural beauty surround the historic Basin Harbor Club and several miles of nature trails meander through Basin Harbor's 700 acres. Nearby Button Bay State Park has an outstanding nature preserve, and just across Lake Champlain, the wilderness of New York State's Adirondack Park beckons, with trails from the club's pristine Adirondack cove. The region is also rich with various shopping and cultural activities. Basin Harbor Hotel provides heritage loding near museums and antique shops.
