The Restaurant (Restaurant Draumen)

In our restaurant you can enjoy the best food and drinks Ulvik has to offer, all while taking in the magnificient fjord view. We work closely with local suppliers of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish to offer you an authentic culinary experience. In the summer we cart freshly picked vegetables from the Undeland farm in Ulvik  straight from the fields and into our kitchen.

During off season we offer a daily dinner special on our open days. Please check our social media accounts for more information about what is available.

Dinner on the pier – We welcome you to experience the rich tastes of Hardanger on our pier surrounded by the fjord, green hills and proud mountains. We can tailor a set menu and drinks for up to 20 people.

The Kvemmadokkje homestead – The picturesque Kvemmadokkje homestead lies on Børsheim farm on the old road between Ulvik and Granvin. In these beautiful, natural surroundings we tailor food and drinks experiences for 6 to 20 people.

Bar Après

Guests looking to unwind with a drink after a day of fjord adventures can do so in Bar Après. Located in the hotel’s reception area, this laidback lounge is open daily and serves a selection of regional refreshments. Along with several varieties of Hardanger’s signature brew, hard apple cider, guests can also sip on locally sourced drinks like apple brandy, apple juice, and craft beer.
