Culinary Heritage

Verve

Located in DOM Hotel, Verve offers lively Roman and Italian cuisine that lives up to its name. Opened by Renzo Valeriani and his wife Eleonora, Verve is led by chef Adriano Magnoli and pastry chef Antonella Mascolo, who work in unison to create local Roman cuisine that establishes Verve as a dining destination and culinary point of reference in this iconic city. Born from a love of good food and good company, Verve puts a spotlight on flavor. Guests can relax in the 1960s-inspired, dove-colored armchairs and dine underneath the antique chandeliers and plush red velvet curtains in the signature restaurant of this historic hotel.

Terrace

During the summer months, guests can enjoy seasonal ingredient-driven cuisine on the romantic rooftop terrace of DOM Hotel, which offers breathtaking views of the historic city center as well as the Tiber River and Gianicolo’s verdant green hills. Guests can relax in the white wrought-iron chairs or on the plush taupe sofas and enjoy the subtle fragrance of the aromatic herb garden.

Liquor Room

The Liquor Room of DOM Hotel is a stately, intimate bar where guests can enjoy exclusive spirits in a private setting. The Liquor Room’s private collection of distilled spirits spans from 1780 to today and includes some of the world’s most prestigious bottles, including vintages like a 1786 Malaga, a 1944 Port, Cognacs and Armagnacs from 1920, and a 1949 Glen Grant Decanter.
