Breakfast
Breakfast at Finse 1222 is a buffet consisting of fresh baked bread, bacon, eggs, and other local and homemade options. Oatmeal is also available, as that is a breakfast tradition from the early days of the hotel. Greaseproof paper and plastic bags are also available during this time for guests wishing to pack their own lunches to take with them on their excursions.

Lunch
Lunch in the restaurant is available daily and must be booked in advance. The Millibar is also a wonderful dining option, with menus changing regularly. Common meal options include homemade pizza, reindeer burgers, and Rallarsuppe, the hotel’s signature soup. Sandwiches and traditional Norwegian raisin buns are also available.

Dinner
Dinner at Finse 1222 is a three-course meal, consisting of preselected menu items which rotate daily. Guests with allergies and specific dietary needs should notify the restaurant in advance so alternative options can be prepared. Pair the delicious meal with fine wines, including the hotel’s own collaboration with Tuscany based wine producer, Coffele.
