Located in the historic Washington, DC neighborhood of Georgetown, the Georgetown Inn opened its doors on May 21, 1962. At the time of its opening, it was the first new hotel in Georgetown in over one hundred years. Its debut was celebrated with a four-day long extravaganza that ended with an afternoon champagne buffet for prominent Georgetown locals and visitors. For the next several decades, the venue emerged as a favorite getaway for the rich and famous. The first of many well-known dignitaries to stay at the hotel were the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. The location also hosted numerous Hollywood celebrities, such as Marlon Brando, Robert Mitchum, and Elizabeth Taylor.

The Georgetown Inn boasts 96 elegant, boutique-style guestrooms and suites, each with a luxurious and sophisticated touch. Experience newly renovated décor, upscale furnishings, and modern lifestyle amenities.
