Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly boasts impressive culinary offerings in line with the rich gastronomic heritage of Burgundy and the region’s nearby capital city, Dijon. Headed by Chef Alexandre Clochet, the hotel’s two gourmet restaurants offer menus dominated by local, organic ingredients produced by farmers in the region, paired with wine selected by the resident sommelier.

Restaurant l'Armançon
Elegant and refined, the menu at Restaurant l’Armançon takes guests on a gastronomic journey through the Côte-d'Or region. Classic Burgundy cuisine is created with locally-sourced products, including snails, beef, and freshwater fish from local rivers and lakes. Large trolleys carting regional cheeses with flavored specialty vinegars regularly make the rounds, and guests can top off their meals with one of the three varieties of salt on the table. Restaurant l’Armançon includes three dining rooms and, in the summer, guests can enjoy lunch, brunch and dinner on the restaurant’s terrace in the inner courtyard of the castle.

Bistrot Le Rubillon
Offering a more casual, but no less remarkable dining experience, Bistrot Le Rubillon serves typical Burgundian dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. Located in the chateau’s original kitchen, the space’s stone vaulted ceilings provide a unique ambiance. During the summer, guests can dine on the large outdoor terrace with views of the swimming pool and golf course. The menu includes several Burgundian culinary classics including Bœuf Bourguignon, a savory French stew, and Oeuf en Meurette, poached eggs in a red wine sauce.

The Lion's Bar
Located in the inner courtyard, The Lion’s Bar is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon tea service or sip a craft cocktail. The bar maintains a selection of specialty whiskeys, rums, and gins, and an extensive wine list featuring Burgundy’s finest crus.

The Sports Bar
Following a round of golf, head to The Sports Bar and enjoy refreshing beverages, beer, wine or cocktails. Here hotel guests and other visitors can watch the various golf competitions and other major sports events. Enjoy the large wood-burning fireplace during the cooler periods of the year.

Breakfast & Brunch
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly. A rich buffet consisting of breads, pastries, regional cheeses, cold meats, and fresh fruit is served daily from 7:00 am to 10:45 am. Warm up with tea, coffee, creamy hot chocolate or start the day with freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel also hosts a delicious Sunday brunch with unlimited Crémant de Bourgogne.
