Family owned and operated, Hacienda de los Santos is the result of an ambitious renovation project that lasted for decades. The restoration nonetheless did a marvelous job of turning the original hacienda into a luxurious boutique hotel. Hacienda de los Santos is actually composed of three Colonial-style mansions, as well as one sugar mill that dates back to the 18th-century.
