Don Ambrosio, the onsite restaurant, serves traditional Mexican and International fare, with an enticing menu created by an award-winning chef. Most of the ingredients are sourced directly from the gardens on the hacienda’s grounds, while the rest are sourced locally. Meals can be enjoyed in the courtyard, where guests can relax and thoroughly savor every bite.

For a more casual dining experience, the hotel bar offers domestic and international liquors, as well as a world-class selection of wines from an impressive wine cellar. The bar also serves its own house tequila called Alebrijes, which is aged right on the grounds.
