Friends of Historic Hotels Worldwide rate is based upon availability and subject to blackout periods. Each participating hotel’s deposit, change of existing reservation, and cancellation policies vary. Please contact the participating hotel to confirm specific policies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The National Trust for Historic Preservation/Friends of Historic Hotels Worldwide (NHP) rate is offered at participating hotels and subject to availability. Rate is subject to change and excludes applicable tax, fees, service charges, or surcharges. Each participating hotel's terms and conditions regarding length of stay requirements, day of week restrictions, deposit requirements, and blackout dates vary. Guests from approved affiliated organizations booking the Friends of the Historic Hotels Worldwide rate should be prepared to show a valid membership card or provide the valid membership number from your affiliated organization, plus a photo ID. Only advance reservations made through HistoricHotels.org, HistoricHotelsWorldwide.com, or through the Historic Hotels Worldwide call center with the booking code NHP are eligible. Discounts are not applicable for existing reservations, reservations made directly with the hotel, or reservations made via any other booking channel or OTA. Other restrictions may apply.

POLICIES
Guaranteed with Credit Card. Credit Card required upon reservation, not charged till the end of the stay. The city tax of 3,75 EUR per person and per night is not included and to be paid at the hotel. Cancellation is free if made before noon (Paris local time) the day before arrival. After that time, or if the guest does not turn up, the first night will be debited from the credit card used for the booking.

Bookings must be made on the Historic Hotels of America website. This promotion is limited to new members of The National Trust for Historic Preservation.
