Heinz Beck Venezia

Named for the three-Michelin-starred head chef Heinz Beck, Heinz Beck Venezia offers an intimate dining experience for up to 20 guests. The small table is an exclusive invitation to taste the finest local ingredients within the magic of Venice’s historic surroundings. Offering both tasting menus and à-la-carte dishes, Heinz Beck Venezia’s creations boast a balance of lightness, health, and the purest Mediterranean flavors. Guests are welcomed with an aperitif and small bites before discovering dishes like amberjack with ash buttermilk and red prawn with lagoon seaweed.

La Casati

La Casati welcomes guests from lunch through dinner in an intimate dining room that seats up to 34 guests. The menu celebrates Venice markets, with cicchetti (small bites) in meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Guests can also try seasonal dishes like marinated beef with artichokes or ravioli filled with creamed cod and wild broccoli. When the weather softens, La Casati opens its garden dining room, an ideal backdrop for romantic dinners, garden parties, open-air cocktails, and exclusive events under the stars.

Wagon Bar

Open from early morning until late at night; Wagon Bar is the place for cicchetti, light snacks, or an apéritif. The moody Art Deco space is inspired by the hotel’s heritage and the legendary allure of the Orient Express. The bar invites its 20 guests to experience the elegance of travel from another era.
