The colorful traditional Guelaguetza folk dance dinner show is held at The Chapel Room or The Sinks Garden every Friday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The Guelaguetza folk dance celebrates the many cultures of the Oaxaca state, representing the diversity of 16 ethnic groups from eight different regions. The dinner show is accompanied with a traditional brass band. Guests are afforded a beautiful buffet spread with an open-air bazaar or "tianguis" setting, featuring a display of handicrafts and Mexican novelty items.
