British Executive Head Chef along with award winning pastry chefs, Jared Jiann Lih Chuah and Aziz Muhammad, bring out a memorable display of finger sandwiches, scones, and sweets that change with the seasons. From the champagne trolley, guests can enjoy a unique “tipsy tea”, an intricate non-alcoholic concoction, or simply an aromatic tea of their choice.

Plah & Ahaan: Using fresh Norwegian ingredients, Plah & Ahaan is an elevated Thai restaurant. Featuring a refined tasting menu, guests can enjoy an aromatic and delicious Thai cuisine.

Barramon: Barromon is an intimate space that serves tapas infused with the flavors of the Basque region. The bar is casual yet cozy, and classic Basque tapas are served alongside Spanish wines by the glass.

EKSPEDISJONSHALLEN: An all-day dining spot serving up breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Ekspedisjonshallen is the perfect go-to spot for any meal with classic brasserie-style favorites. While dining, guests can enjoy soothing jazz music and original art work including a wall fresco by the artist Per Krohg.

Kafe Lucy: Kafe Lucy is named after Lucy, who was a Parisian model, artist, and muse. The café is located in the lobby of the hotel and offers a wide array of sandwiches, cakes, and tasty on the go bites for guests to enjoy.
