Sopwell House offers a variety of dining experiences to match every mood or whim. The range of restaurants include fine dining, casual/informal, and a place to relax with a cup of hot tea or cocktail.

Omboo
A bold and contemporary Pan-Asian dining experience, Omboo brings together flavours from across Asia in a stylish, high-energy setting. The menu is designed for sharing, featuring sushi, robata grill dishes, and modern small plates, complemented by creative cocktails. With its sleek interiors and lively atmosphere, Omboo offers a more experiential and social style of dining.

The Brasserie
The Brasserie offers relaxed, all-day dining in a bright and welcoming setting. Guests can enjoy a varied menu featuring modern British and European favourites, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Breakfast is served daily, with lunch and dinner available à la carte, making it an ideal option for both casual meals and longer, leisurely dining.

Octagon Bar
At the heart of the hotel, Octagon Bar is a sophisticated space perfect for evening drinks or informal meetings. With its striking central bar and refined design, it offers an extensive selection of classic and signature cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits. A light food menu is also available, making it ideal for both relaxed drinks and light dining.

Conservatory Bar
A St. Albans local favorite, the Conservatory Bar is stylish and a relaxing place to enjoy a beverage before dinner. The space is light and airy with restorative views of the lush gardens. Light meals, sandwiches, and various snack are served throughout the day. Weather permitting, the doors are opened and patrons can enjoy time on the Terrace.

Afternoon Tea
In the great British tradition of afternoon tea dating back to the 1800s, guests can choose to enjoy their mid-day break in the stylish Omboo. Accommodations can be made for those with special dietary needs who give at least 48 hours advance notice. However, Sopwell House cannot give a 100% guarantee that any items are served 100% allergen or intolerant free.
