  • A great place to stay

    This is Hilton owned but more like a boutique Hotel. Great location in Georgetown with easy access to restaurants and transport. Staff are welcoming and very efficient. Mini bar was a bit strange - a fridge with no refrigeration capability so difficult to store anything for a few days.Would recommend you look to stay at this hotel.

  • Great rooftop-Fun vibe!

    Location location location! If you want to do the Georgetown neighborhood of DC, this boutique Hilton hotel is perfect. From the Speak Easy bar to the fun rooftop bar, it offers so much vacation fun! A block away from the Potomac walk with many restaurant choices too

  • Excellent Boutique Hotel

    I hughly recoemmend this hotel. Everything was perfect from the room to the staff. We had no problems. The only issue encountered was that out batroom did not have an electrical outlet installed. We told the hotel and they duly noted this and we expect that they will fix this issue.

  • Great Location, Great Hotel

    The Graham is in the heart of Georgetown which is in a great part of Washington DC with good shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay at the Graham which is a really lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The roof top bar is worth a visit although it is open to people outside the hotel and so can get very busy. Our rooms were on the ground floor and so we were subjected to a lot of noise from people waiting to go up in the lift to the rooftop so would avoid ground floor rooms. Other than that everything was great, the staff really make the difference. Do pay a visit to Baked and Wired down the road for cupcakes they really are magnificent!

It's hard to come in or out of the Graham without someone greeting or checking in with you. Thanks also for sharing your impressions of the Rooftop.   • Nice place, poor service (except in the rooftop bar)

    Travelled with 3 children on one of the hottest weekends of the year in July, booked 2 rooms. Arriving to the property at 3 pm, well over 100 degrees outside. Wanted to have cold water or a soda from the room minibar... first surprise: there is a minibar, but it is not cooled, it is not a fridge, just a plain cabinet. Fine, let's go to the bar. No, unfortunately it is reserved for a private event, and the rooftop opens only in the evening. OK, so how do we get a cold soda? Reception promises to send a bucket of ice to the room. Soon, a knock on the door, the ice is here... definetely not a bucket, more like a mug... The funny thing is, it is so small you can not even put one single can of soda in it. Fantastic. Puring all the ice into the sink (means maybe 7 cubes, but did not count to be honest) and dropping the can in it... Very elegant. Checking out after 2 nights spent there. In the taxi on the way to the airport, I realise I forgot my jacket with my beloved Mont Blanc pen it. Calling the hotel immediately, speaking to the recpetion. The lady promising me everything will be fine, the manager will call me back for details. NOthing happens for hours, so I call again. The reception asking for my details again (note: have just checked out few hours before that, how comes my details are all lost...), promises again a call back. The day passes, nothing happens. I write an e-mail, giving my DHL account number. Sending me my jacket and pen would not cost anything the hotel, just 10 minutes of attention.... A month passed now. Still no reply, no call back. A shame for even a roadside motel, not a Hilton.
