All meals are included in guests' stay at The Great House Antigua. Guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the main courtyard, surrounded by the historic Buff House and tropical gardens, with soft sea breezes and bird songs filling the air. Dinner is served in the Georgian candlelit drawing room as a three-course affair. The Great House Antigua culinary team are proud to create magnificent meals and are passionate about using the best seasonal Antiguan ingredients. All ingredients are locally sourced, or grown on-site, with the hotel’s own fresh honey and jam served for breakfast.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the pool bar for purchase after 3 pm and at The Great House bar in the evening. Wine is also available for purchase during lunch and dinner. All drinks are payable at the end of the guests' stay. Additionally, guests booking the entire property can request menus to suit their party’s requirements.
