The restaurant dress code is smart casual and prohibit shorts (for men) and sportwear.

La Véranda provides guests with an exquisite French continental cuisine across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu changes seasonally and is complemented by an extensive wine list. Guests can enjoy the sunshine on their outdoor terrace, providing a more relaxed alternative to fine dining.

Peacock Alley

Peacock Alley serves as the hotel's central lounge and bar, offering signature cocktails, light dining, and afternoon tea. Peacock Alley is an emblem of the Waldorf Astoria brand; it naturally comes to life at the Trianon Palace. This iconic bar pays tribute to its New York origins while referencing the French royal city. Guests can enjoy a unique tasting experience and take advantage of live music every Friday and Saturday from 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Additionally, guests can enjoy an iconic tea time with the Afternoon Tea at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace experience. Pastry Chef Eddie Benghanem leads this luxurious experience; his team draws inspiration from seasonal products, minimizing sugar to offer a unique culinary experience. Afternoon Tea is served daily from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
