Crab Cake

The Maryland crab cake is one of the specialties at Antrim 1844's Smokehouse Restaurant, which is a flavorful Carroll County favorite that is raved about by locals and visitors alike. Made in-house with locally-grown, hand-selected ingredients, the hotel's crab cake features Jumbo Lump crab meat blended together with gluten free breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, red pepper, and celery. The crabmeat and ingredients are then served with a combination of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, chives and parsley.
