The Courtyard guestroom features a king-bed has easy access to a semi-private courtyard. Every room boasts a four-poster king bed and modern bathroom with a shower, tub, and luxe EO amenities. This room is also available for accommodation in ADA.

The Harbor View guestroom features a king-size bed features French doors that open onto a private balcony that overlooks Sausalito's Richardson Bay Harbor. Amenities include mini fridges, TV streaming, elevator access, and more. This room is also available for accommodation in ADA. 

The Lower Hillside Cottage features a one king-size bed. Located on the lower portion of the property hillside, these cottages are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 15-30 stairs. The individually designed room includes a work area, mini-refrigerator, complimentary WiFi, and a bath with a shower 

The Hillside Cottage features a one king-size bed in a naturally lit, individually designed setting. This Nautical-inspired room reflects the hotel’s waterfront location with breathtaking hilltop views of the Richardson Bay Harbor. Views and layouts vary by accommodation; these cottages are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 35-75 stairs. 

The Hillside Cottage with Balcony features a one king-size bed, with an additional bed available upon request. A private balcony extends the accommodation outdoors with stunning views of the Richardson Bay Harbor. While complimentary WiFi, a mini-refrigerator, work area, and bath with a shower provide modern comfort. These cottages are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 25-50 stairs. This room is also available for accommodation in ADA with an accessible route. 

The Hillside Cottage Suite features one king-size bed and a private sunroom with a sleeper sofa, a separate living area within an individually designed layout. Select suites provide a private balcony and views of Richardson Bay. These cottages are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 90 stairs. 

The Hillside Cottage Guesthouse features a one king-size bed and one double sofa bed. Overlooking the bay, the accommodation includes a living area, mini-refrigerator, coffee- and tea-making facilities, complimentary WiFi, and a bath with a shower; connecting rooms are available upon request. These cottages are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 85 stairs. 

Located in the Historic Mansion, the Mansion Deluxe features one king-size bed within a residential-style setting. Victorian architectural details and contemporary furnishings reflect the history of the original hillside residence, while layouts and views vary by room. These rooms are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 75 – 90 stairs. 

The Mansion Junior Suite features one king-size bed in a private bedroom and one double sofa bed. Individually designed interiors complement a sitting area, mini-refrigerator, coffee- and tea-making facilities, complimentary WiFi, and a private bath. These rooms are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 75 – 95 stairs. 

The Mansion Suite features one king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a separate living area within the hotel’s historic main building.  A pocket door separates the living area from a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The suite features French doors to a semi-private balcony overlooking the Richardson Bay or depending on the suite’s location. These rooms are only reachable by outdoor stairways, with an estimated 75 – 95 stairs. 

The Alexandrite Suite features one king-size bed and combines interior space with a two-level terrace overlooking of the San Francisco Bay. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect to the indoor and outdoor areas, while a private office, personal fitness equipment, fire pit, integrated audiovisual technology, and a bathroom with a jet tub and steam shower completes the residential-style suite.
