Born and raised in Washington, DC, Crovato has been cooking since her early teen years. At 1301 Kitchen & Bar guests can explore a fresh and creative menu that emphasizes the use of high-quality, local ingredients.

Brunch: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Lunch: Daily, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
