Executive chef Michael Semancik creates dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious for the Livingston Restaurant and Bar, winner of the 2015 OpenTable Diner’s Choice award. Located inside of the historic Georgian Terrace hotel, the restaurant has managed to give the place a modern look and feel while maintaining the historic “bones” of the interior.
The Livingston Restaurant and Bar is named after Livingston Mims, the 1879 mayor of Atlanta whose home was on the very corner the restaurant and hotel stand today. Livingston Mims was a foodie and enjoyed a good glass of wine in his day, as he was an excellent host and he extended this generosity to the city of Atlanta as its mayor.
Private Dining is also available at the restaurant which is ideal for a number of occasions including: cocktail parties, rehersal dinners, corporate dinners, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, luncheons or dinners, restaurant buyouts. Above the main floor is an intimate dining room for a small group or, for a larger event, private buyout of the entire Livingston Restaurant and Bar is available as well.
