The Affeldt Mion Museum
The Affeldt Mion Museum is located in La Posada Hotel’s 1930 train depot. The museum was founded by La Posada proprietors Allan Affeldt and Tina Mion and supports contemporary Winslow Studio Artists. Alongside works from local artists, including Mion herself, the museum highlights the history of La Posada, architect Mary Colter, and the Fred Harvey Company.
Tina Mion Art Space
Co-owner of La Posada Tina Mion is an American contemporary artist, working in oil paint and pastels. Her work is in collections all over the world, including the National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C. and the Nelson Atkins Museum in Kansas City, Missouri. Mion’s work is on permanent display throughout historic La Posada.
