Dining at Omni La Costa Resort is a luxury experience on its own. Affording a variety of cuisines and settings, the resort serves refined dishes for every palate in a variety of restaurants and lounges. The Omni La Costa Resort also has beehives that are home to 60,000 bees, which support honey production for its restaurants. They are located next to a beautiful garden full of herbs such as chives, basil, and fennel that also garnish and season dishes at the restaurants. Because the bees use the pollen from these herbs, sometimes the local honey tastes a little more peppery from the peppercorn trees or has hints of fennel flavors from the growing stalks.
