The Penn Wells Hotel hosts meetings and groups in its off-lobby dining room, the Mary Wells Room. The dining room can host 200 guests for a banquet, or 300 for a theater-style setup. It also divides into three separate rooms for smaller meetings or breakout sessions. The Penn Wells Hotel also has a small boardroom that can seat up to 12 and an adjacent space in the Arcadia Theatre that can seat 205, or up to 80 in a dinner setting.

It also divides into three separate rooms for smaller wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners. The Art Deco-style Arcadia Theatre located next door to the hotel has a stage theatre that makes a wonderful setting for a wedding ceremony. That space has also been used for small to medium sized wedding receptions, as well as rehearsal dinners.
