- Take an aural vacation to the New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy, right in Miami. Co-founded by Michael Tilson Thomas and Ted Arinson, founder of Carnival Cruise Lines, in 1987 and named after the famous Dvorak Symphony No. 9, it has seen thousands of accomplished musicians begin their post-graduate careers.
