Helmed by Chef Gregory Rollins, dining in the Manor House is an upscale culinary experience not to be missed. Dining rooms are decorated with furnishings and findings from another era and distant lands, while the menu features elegantly composed dishes crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Order à la carte or opt for the three-course prix fixe menu appropriately coined The Manor. Graylyn Estate Dining is available nightly by reservation or through OpenTable.

Mrs. Nathalie Gray's Butterscotch Sugar Cookies

Mrs. Nathalie Gray, the original owner of the Graylyn Estate, was a firm believer in the power of Southern hospitality. She made sure to welcome each guest to Graylyn with open arms, and made them feel as if they were home. She was well-known for her butterscotch sugar cookies, and the recipe was inspired by the names of the beloved family dogs, two Scottish Terriers named Butter and Scotch.
