Named after the prestigious Colonel Rockwell, Rockwell’s is a classic steakhouse located in the heart of The Lodge at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. This superb restaurant epitomizes the bucolic culinary heritage of the Laurel Highlands. An ode to the region’s historic farm-to-table style of cooking, Rockwell’s offers an appetizing menu of wild game and locally-grown produce. Guests will adore its plentiful variety of specialty dishes that include such unique ingredients like tender venison chops and roasted pheasant. Rockwell’s also features an overwhelming selection of novelty cocktails, fine wines, and craft beers that wonderfully complement its outstanding cuisine.

At Lautrec, guests may dine on a delectable assortment of classic European-American dishes. Led by the renowned Executive Chef Kristin Butterworth, this terrific venue has received countless Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond awards for its savory fare. The dramatic backdrop of the Moulin Rouge, paired with six original Toulouse Lautrec lithographs, sets the stage for the most extraordinary dining experience at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Evening wear is appropriate for ladies and jackets for men in the dining room, however a tie is not required. To preserve the elegant setting, no denim or athletic apparel is allowed.

Aqueous is another one of the resort’s celebrated restaurants, as its patrons dine within the presence of beautiful architecture inspired by the great Frank Lloyd Wright. This farm-to-table establishment features wild game, stream-fresh fish, and free-range poultry. The modern cuisines, enriched by nature, is enjoyed with spectacular views of sweeping fairways and bucolic mountains. Proper attire for breakfast is resort casual. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless shirts or tank tops. Proper dinner attire is resort casual.

The Pantry
This is gourmet to-go, featuring café-inspired foods along with notable wines, beers, and sodas. The Pantry is a gathering place for family and friends to share the best in locally sourced coffees, gourmet breakfast, and lunch sandwiches, salads, cheeses, pastries, breads, and wines. The culinary artisans of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort honor the farm-to-table heritage of the Laurel Highlands by hand-selecting the finest provisions for guests to enjoy.

The Tavern
Open for lunch and dinner year-round, The Tavern has classic cocktails, local craft beers, and a great gastropub menu. The proper attire is resort casual. Golf shorts, walking shorts, and slacks are acceptable.

Nemacolin’s fun and whimsical 1950's style ice-cream parlor and gourmet café serves up jukebox treats in a casual setting. Flatbread pizzas and homemade ice cream creations are available for casual dinners.

Caddy Shack
Caddy Shack serves slow-cooked barbecue in the resort’s original golf pro shop. Proper attire is resort casual. Golf shorts, walking shorts, and slacks are acceptable. Open seasonally during the spring and summer.
