Opening in 1926 with over 200 rooms, the hotel today offers 123 guestrooms and suites, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, multiple dining options, lounge, and several event space options. Retaining the original architecture and design, the historic New York hotel completed in 2019 a renovation/restoration. The Grand Lobby includes the original terrazzo floors, which have been restored. The guestrooms have a sleek and contemporary look, while still preserving historic elements such as the original mahogany doors.

- Step into what was built to be the centerpiece of Glens Falls in 1926 and has been an icon since. With an extensive restoration to restore the hotel's 1920s look and rennovated accommodations throughout, the Queensbury is a beacon of the area, added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
- Look down when entering the lobby to appreciate the original 1926 terrazzo floors that were discovered during the restoration process. Above the grand fireplace, see an original oil painting depicting a scene from James Fennimore Cooper's "The Last of the Mohicans." The painting's subject, Cooper's Cave, is located just a short walk from the hotel.
- Discover the Queen's Ballroom and Gold Room, which bring back the grand architecture of the hotel's beginnings in 1926. The Gold Room was the original restaurant of the hotel and now serves private events. The Ballroom still shines with its original chandeliers over the dance floor.

- Luxuriate in one of the famed Saratoga Springs baths. The area features dozens of bathhouses supplied by the naturally carbonated mineral springs that visitors seek to ease tension and once believed could cure a host of ailments.
- Explore the main street and bask in the architecture and heritage of Glens Falls, designated "Hometown USA" by Look magazine in 1944 as a patriotic model of the homefront during World War II. Many of the buildings depicted in the series of 6 articles remain in use today, and the collection of 35 photos is now housed at the Crandall Public Library.
- Spend an afternoon at the Hyde Collection, a historic house and museum complex whose collection of art includes works by Botticelli, Rembrandt, Picasso, and Renoir, as well as 19th-century European and American pieces. The Hyde House itself is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places as of 1984.

- Relish the many views and activities -- from rafting to fishing and horseback riding -- provided on and around Lake George, nicknamed the "Queen of American Lakes." After gazing upon the lake in 1791, Thomas Jefferson wrote to his daughter: “Lake George is without comparison, the most beautiful water I ever saw."
- Experience the ponies and marvel at the historic Saratoga Race Course, part of horseracing's Triple Crown. Saratoga held its first thoroughbred meet in 1863, just a month after the Battle of Gettysburg, and is considered the most historic organized sporting venue of any kind in the U.S.
- Reel in a slice of cinema, now reborn as a state-of-the-art performing arts space, at the Park Theater. Upon its opening in 1911, the Park was the first movie theater in Glens Falls and featured silent films and vaudeville acts. After a redevelopment in 2014, it today features concerts, stage productions, and dance. Combine a performance with dining at the downstairs Doc's Restaurant.
