    An amazing weekend ! Staff was awesome ! Food delicious ! It was a reconnect, relax, rejuvenate weekend !! Highly recommend it . Rooms beautiful cozy , spacious !! Definitely be back ! Beds turned down, corona ideal spot !! Clean and Safe !!

    I have stayed at XV Beacon twice and both times my stay has been exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and unique, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a group stay for a business meeting and they all raved about what a great experience they had. I can't wait to go back!

    This property is absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the room, no detail is overlooked. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Our room was exceptionally clean. We had a suite, but can't remember the name. The Concierge member (I wish I could remember his name and the front desk staff, too!) was amazing and helped us find great places to eat as well as Halloween parties happening in the area. The reservations may seem expensive but you truly get what you pay for. The best hotel in Boston. Hands down. Thank y'all for everything!

    I have stayed at the Beacon twice, the second time with a Business group. The hotel is beautiful and unique, the rooms are lovely with gas fireplaces in every room, and the staff is so friendly. I love the location too. I can't wait to go back!

    Nice hotel, Classic and central. But very bad service as no one help me when I arrived with my luggage. I was tired after an transoceanic flight and it would have been nice. They helped me when I was already at the front desc (sic).
    I had another reservation for later this month (of course already cancel) and they couldn't find it...they told me maybe I did it under another name?? Or I might check with my agent ( it looked like I was bothering)
    The inform me incorrectly of the breakfast time and what they did many times is to try to sell me his car transportation ... in a very expensive cost.
    Of course I call my agent (AMEX) and I told them to cancel my other reservation for the end of the month.
