Katrina Cannon and the team at Antrim 1844 who partnered with us on our wildly successful leadership conferece have set a new benchmark for hospitality, flexibility and professionalism. 'Managing the hotel end' has always been a major preoccupation during meetings like this one, but at Antrim 1844, I was able to focus entirely on my guests and the meeting content. We will need to invent a new term for what they do, because 'above and beyond: is no longer enough.

Carolyn, thank you for a lovely event this past Tuesday evening for AmSurg. Needless to say, we were a little apprehensive about planning this 'site' unseen, never having worked with you before. We needn't have worried. The space you provided for us following the double cooking was perfect. From Amadou (please excuse my probable misspelling) and his greeting at the door and his immediate spirit of partnership in our success, to Scott and Alejandro and their staff's excellent service and 'can-do' attitudes, we were well cared for. My colleagues and I were heroes in front our boss--and much of the credit goes to your staff. Please pass my thanks on to them and my compliments on to your owner for a very fine property and very professional staff.
I just wanted to say thank you to you and all of the staff at the hotel for making our event so wonderful last week. We received a lot of positive feedback from our staff and they all agreed that The Saint Paul Hotel did a fabulous job.
