The QUELL SPA offers over 23,000 square feet (2,200 square meters) of holistic regeneration. A total of nine pools and eight saunas and steam grottos invite guests to experience the soothing combination of warmth, water and tranquility. The expansive Alpine spa offers all-ages family sections, bathing areas for guests 12 years and older, and clothing-optional areas. Move between the underground spa, outdoor pools, and rooftop lounges to customize the experience.

From gentle massages with Appenzell herbal oil to facials and sound journeys, the spa provides a wellness retreat for true deep relaxation. Individual bookings for spa treatments are available daily upon request.

Whether yoga, trail running, or a workout surrounded by nature, guests can find their own flow at Appenzeller Huus – Huus Bären. Wellness coaches will guide indoor and outdoor exercise with experience, ease, and a dash of adventure. A rotating selection of group classes is also available, including Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and more.
