Discover Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, which was the only beachside hotel with bungalows and has served celebrities and politicians.

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows has two restaurants on-site for guests’ convenience to relax, unwind, and enjoy a cocktail with their meal as the sun touches the sea. The Lobby Lounge is casually elegant while The Bungalow offers the best the area has to offer with rustic opulence. Should guests choose to stay in for the night, the Fairmont Miramar offers an in-room dining service 24-hours.

The Lobby Lounge
Despite its name, The Lobby Lounge is an intimate rendezvous spot overlooking the Koi fishpond and a waterfall. The casual dress code means it’s the perfect place to meet with associates and friends alike for a hand-mixed cocktail, imported and domestic beers, and delicious wines with lunch or dinner.

Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. | Friday – Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

The Bungalow
A Baja-inspired casita is considered one of LA’s best places to watch the sunset and enjoy a delicious meal. Its romantic setting is both a creative meeting space and the perfect hideaway for an intimate meal. Designed by Brent Bolthouse and Studio Collective, it’s positioned at the corner of Ocean Avenue as a freestanding bungalow overlooking the ocean-side cliffs of Santa Monica, lush gardens, and features a rustic interior design. Intimate patios, vaulted ceilings, outdoor bars, and sweeping decks make this location the go-to place for locals and visitors alike, so reservations are required. Rounding out the view and location, this restaurant has superior service and offers unique bites by FIG Restaurant.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. | Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. | Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

FIG Restaurant
The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is home to FIG Restaurant. Featuring the freshest local and organic ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market, FIG is headed by Chef Yousef Ghalaini. Labelled by the LA Times as a “raging success,” FIG has a Mediterranean-inspired menu with dishes like Slow-Cooked Colorado Lamb Pasta, Grilled Maine Scallops, Coffee Rubbed NY Strip, and Grilled Halloumi. The private dining room can accommodate parties of up to 20, while the bar offers a more casual setting, fitting in with the dress code. Reservations recommended.

Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Daily) | Brunch, 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday) | Happy Hour: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (exceptions may apply)

Soko Sushi
Everyone loves sushi, but few know the culinary delight dates back almost 2000 years. Well before refrigeration, Japanese fisherfolk preserved fish by wrapping it in fermented rice and salt, calling it “Narezushi.” Kept in darkened storerooms, Narezushi was perfected over the centuries until now, when modern sushi has been elevated to an art form. Soko, the latest sushi pop-up at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, is a literal tribute to the origins of sushi. The name “Soko” means “storeroom,” and Soko is, in fact, set in a simple storeroom in the main-floor lobby.

Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Dogtown Coffee
Local. Organic. Micro-roasted. Fairmont Miramar is proud to be the first outpost of this iconic coffee brand. The original location lives in landmark space of the original Jeff Ho Surfboards and Zephyr Productions on the corner of Main & Bay in Santa Monica. Born out of a desire to honor and protect a key piece of American skateboard and surfing history, Dogtown Coffee pays homage to the original 'Z-Boys' and their legacy.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Daily)

Georgina's
The latest addition to the Fairmont Miramar's dining repotoire will be Georgina's restauranat, opening in 2022. Named for Georgina Francis Sullivan Jones, one half of the couple who built and originally lived on the property, this restaurant promises to be as a refreshing and unique as she was.
