The Chef
Directing the Grand Hotel Tremezzo with passion since 1990, head chef Osvaldo Presazzi translates his philosophy to the table focusing on local products and the naturalness of lakeside ingredients, creatively and with a light variance for the seasons. With new and increasingly demanding patrons of the restaurant and dining room, Presazzi's experience at world-class luxury hotels delights the menu with innovative and comforting cuisine with thought and precision.

La Terrazza Restaurant
Interpreted by maestro Gualtiero Marchesi partnered with executive chef Osvaldo Presazzi, La Terrazza Restaurant's intricately created menu of classic Italian cuisine with a modern influence is only rivalled by the sweeping view of Lake Como on the dining room's romantic terrace. Seasonally modified to emphasize the importance in supporting the freshest local produce and ingredients, the traditional dishes are livened up using the creative culinary practices producing the finest and most palatable gastronomic experience.

L'Escale Trattoria & Wine Bar
L’Escale honors the symbols of Italian hospitality: the trattoria and the enoteca. A beautiful yet casual option for dinner at Grand Hotel Tremezzo, the menu brings contemporary creativity to the flavors of traditional local dishes. The perfect place for a tasting, the restaurant is surrounded by more than 1,300 exquisite bottles of red and white wine, in a journey through the best vineyards of Italy accompanied by the expert sommelier and enologist. L’Escale offers a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere of an ancient wine cellar with a touch of modern elegance. T Bar

T Beach
