Haaheim Gaard offers the ideal setting for small conferences, courses, meetings and other gatherings. Enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings while engaged in activities organized by the hotel such as food tours, wine tastings, and historical walks. Haaheim has a variety of venue spaces for guests to select from. The main hall can accommodate up to 65 guests, the Garden Salon up to 35 guests, the Wine Cellar up to 12 guests, and the Bakery accommodates around 15 guests. Additionally, the restaurant can be converted into a conference setting with room for up to 60 people.

Haaheim Gaard boasts the perfect setting for a dream wedding. In the large rose garden, one can stroll on garden paths, between several hundred roses and rhododendrons, and light lanterns in the orchard. Say "I do" in the garden's small chapel or charming gazebo. A champagne reception can be served in the garden or on one of the terraces. Choose between a 3-course, 5-course or 7-course menu, including wine from the wine cellar, Haaheim's own beer or apple juice from Hardanger.
