Gion Loka

The expert chefs of Gion Loka prepare a seasonal and locally sourced ingredient menu focused on Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. This refined restaurant offers an upscale, fine dining experience in a historic setting. The term 'loka' comes from Sanskrit signifying the world and how this cuisine shares the diverse forms of Japanese cuisine with a world-wide lens.

Lobby Lounge

Drinks are available at The Lounge throughout the day, and Japanese Sake will also be offered between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Bar

This intimate yet refined space located next to the reception area was designed by Kyoto master craftsman Sotoji Nakamura. The expertly crafted bar menu emphasizes local ingredients, including sake, shochu and whiskey distilled in Japan.
