Plan a group vacation, retreat, reunion, corporate event, and other special gatherings at Crater Lake National Park. Crater Lake Lodge welcomes group bookings for ten or more rooms. Group reservations can be made for both Crater Lake Lodge and the Cabins at Mazama Village. A 50% deposit is due three months prior to arrival date, with the final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival date. A typed rooming list is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Crater Lake Lodge offers one complimentary room at the Cabins at Mazama Village for the escort or bus driver with 15 or more fully paid rooms. Crater Lake Lodge offers complimentary meals to the escort and bus driver for groups of 20 or more persons. The group sales staff can also assist with planning meals, boat tours, park tours, and other activities within the park.
