Group dining can be reserved at El Tovar Dining Room; however, those interested in bringing a tour group, or simply an informal group of friends or family, El Tovar Hotel offer facilities and services at the surrounding lodges on the South Rim.

To qualify for Grand Canyon group services, groups must have 10 or more fully paid rooms per night.

Weddings

Although group accommodations are not generally available at El Tovar, Grand Canyon National Park Lodges provides a variety of banquet options for meetings, tour groups, weddings, or special events.

The extensive banquet menu offers selections sure to suit any group's needs and the sales, catering, and banquet staff work closely with groups to ensure a quality dining experience.

Please keep in mind that weddings, family reunions, and meetings with 10 rooms or more are restricted to primarily off-season, November 1 - March 15.
