Take 2nd Avenue to 57th Street and turn right. Take 57th Street across town to 8th Avenue and turn right. Take 8th Avenue to 59th Street (also known as Central Park South) and turn right. Follow 59th Street until you see Jumeirah Essex House on the right hand side, between 6th and 7th Avenues.

From John F. Kennedy Airport: (Approximately 19 miles)
Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway towards the Triboro Bridge.Cross the Triboro Bridge and take the FDR Drive South to the 63rd St. exit.Take 63rd St. to 2nd Ave. and turn left.Take 2nd Ave. to 57th St. and turn right.Take 57th St. across town to 8th Ave. and turn right.Take 8th Ave. to 59th St. (also known as Central Park South) and turn right.Follow 59th St. until you see JW Marriott Essex House New York on the right hand side between 6th and 7th Ave.

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North and follow the signs to the Lincoln Tunnel.When exiting the tunnel bear left. At the first traffic light (40th St.) turn right and follow 40th St. to 8th Ave. Turn left onto 8th Ave. and proceed to 59th St. (also known as Central Park South) and turn right.
