While not a speakeasy per se, the bar pays tribute to cocktails prepared in the early 1930s showcasing upwards of 75 premium spirits, craft beers, and wines produced in the great state of Texas and in many cases as close as a few miles from the bar. Located off the hotel lobby and adorned by prohibition-era décor, El Colegio Bar offers modern-day renditions of classic cocktails and snacks ranging from warm nuts to traditional shrimp tacos and old-school cheeseburgers.

Four Brothers is a vibrant contemporary casual restaurant inspired by and named after the rich history of the Omni La Mansión del Rio. Sixteen years after the fall of the Alamo, in 1836, four brothers of the Society of Mary arrived in San Antonio to establish a school. Brothers John Baptist Laignoux, Nicholas Koenig, Xavier Mauclerc, and Andrew Edel immediately began construction of a limestone building on College Street. The bells of the new school, originally known as St. Mary’s institute, tolled for the first time on March 1, 1853. This building later opened its doors as the first luxury hotel on the San Antonio River Walk in April of 1968, known by the locals as “La Mansión.”
