Take I-95 South to I-85 South (Petersburg) then I-85 South to I-40 West (Durham) then proceed to Greensboro and follow directions below.

Raleigh, NC:
Follow I-40 West towards Greensboro and follow directions below.

Greensboro, NC:
Leave Greensboro via I-40 West; bearing right, take Exit 206 (Sign says Business 40 and Kernersville). Once you are in Winston-Salem heading West on Business 40, take the Silas Creek Parkway North exit (sign says Wake Forest University). Proceed North approximately 5 minutes in the right hand lane to Wake Forest University/Reynolda Road. Turn right onto Reynolda Road. Proceed approximately one-half mile. The Graylyn entrance is on the right with a stone wall and wrought iron gates. Proceed past the guardhouse. If you have luggage to discharge, please use the 10-minute parking available at the front door of the Manor House. Signs direct you to parking at the rear of the Manor House.

Leave Charlotte via I-77 North;
take I-40 East at Statesville; approximately 2 miles past the Clemmons exit, bear left to take Exit 188 (sign says Business 40, Winston-Salem, and 421 South). Once you are in Winston-Salem heading East on Business 40, take the Silas Creek Parkway North exit (sign says Wake Forest University).
